Review of the first conference in 2023 on "Dimensions and Potentials of Critical Theory"

The conference "Radical Thought in the Anthropocene: Dimensions and Potentials of Critical Theory" marked the start of a long-term project with the aim of establishing an interdisciplinary and international network on critical theory at the University of Graz. The symposium, which was open to the interested public, also focused on artistic approaches and practical activities.

The high-caliber academic lectures were complemented by a film screening followed by a discussion. Art performances, talks with artists and a concluding panel discussion on the topic of "Criticism in the field of tension between theory and practice" rounded off the program.
